NezaHub is registered for applicable digital service taxes and VAT obligations in Rwanda. Tax amounts are calculated per transaction and reported in your account currency.

MNO reversal windows

Mobile-money reversal windows vary by operator in Rwanda. Refund requests must be initiated within the applicable window for each MNO.

This addendum supplements the NezaHub Terms of Service and Merchant Agreement for RWF operations. Local financial regulations and data protection laws apply to all transactions in this market.
