Merchant Agreement

This binding agreement governs sellers using NezaHub as merchant of record for mobile-money payments across supported East and Southern African markets.

Payout terms

Parent net balances and agent commission balances are disbursed separately to configured MNO or bank destinations. Payout schedules may be daily, weekly, or on-demand subject to minimum thresholds.

Fee structure

Platform fees are deducted from gross transaction amounts before parent net calculation. Country-specific taxes are calculated separately and reported in your account currency.

Chargebacks and refunds

You are responsible for honouring refund requests within MNO reversal windows. NezaHub may debit your balance for chargebacks and disputed transactions.

KYC/KYB requirements

All sellers must complete identity verification and, where applicable, business registration before receiving live payment access. Account currency selection is immutable after approval.
