These Terms of Service govern your use of the NezaHub platform as a merchant of record for cross-currency mobile-money payments in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, and Zambia.

Platform role

NezaHub acts as merchant of record for transactions processed through the platform. We handle tax calculation, mobile-money collection, and regulatory compliance on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You may not use NezaHub for prohibited goods, fraudulent activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law in your country of operation.

Liability

NezaHub is not liable for MNO outages, customer-initiated cancellations, or delays caused by third-party payment networks beyond our reasonable control.
