NezaHub is registered for applicable digital service taxes and VAT obligations in Tanzania. Tax amounts are calculated per transaction and reported in your account currency.

MNO reversal windows

Mobile-money reversal windows vary by operator in Tanzania. Refund requests must be initiated within the applicable window for each MNO.
